Who handles your data

What we use and why
We use contact details, stay dates, guest numbers and requests you provide, or that we receive from your booking platform or the person arranging your stay, to manage enquiries, bookings and support during your stay. This processing lets us respond to your request and provide the accommodation you book.
If you agree to WhatsApp communications, we use your number, language, basic booking details, messages and delivery statuses to send a welcome, private guide access and registration reminders. We record your choice to receive or stop these messages. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us, without affecting earlier processing. You can arrange your stay with the owner without WhatsApp.
The assistant answers from information published by the owner. Reply HUMAN to request a person. It does not make decisions with legal effects on you.
The private traveller form collects identity, contact and stay details required for accommodation records and reporting. The legal basis is the obligation under Spain’s Organic Law 4/2015 and Royal Decree 933/2021. Required details are necessary to complete that registration. Do not send identity-document photographs, bank details or sensitive information to the bot.
Who receives information
Authorized staff handling your stay and the providers needed to deliver the service can access relevant information. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. WhatsApp/Meta processes WhatsApp communications. To interpret questions, Amazon Bedrock processes the question text and knowledge-base topics in European Union regions. We do not send this service identity forms, booking records or the full conversation history. Required registration details are reported to Spain’s Ministry of the Interior through SES.HOSPEDAJES.
WhatsApp may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Its data transfer addendum describes applicable safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and alternative recognized mechanisms. You can ask us about providers and safeguards affecting your data.
Retention
We retain booking information and conversations while needed to manage your stay, resolve outstanding requests, meet legal duties or handle claims. Duration depends on the purpose and applicable periods; we do not promise automatic deletion at checkout. Accommodation records must be kept for three years after the service ends under Article 5 of Royal Decree 933/2021. Where retention is legally required, use is restricted to that purpose.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. See how to request deletion. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and security
The website uses cookies to sign you in, protect forms and remember your language. Keep invitation and registration links private. Avoid including documents or sensitive information in WhatsApp messages.
