Request deletion of your data
Email mojacar@martiohn.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Give the name used for your booking and the associated phone number or email.
- Explain whether you want WhatsApp conversations, your access account or other stay information deleted.
- Use your booking email where possible. If identity verification is needed, we will explain how; do not attach identity documents initially.
Odecon SA will review your request and respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If complexity requires an extension, we will explain within that first month.
Deletion may be limited by legal retention duties or claims. We will explain which records must be kept, why and for how long. Deleting the chat on your phone does not itself delete the accommodation’s records.
To stop automatic messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp. This stops messages; it is not a request to delete all your information.
